Writing an effective security question

For security reasons make sure your security questions is: Something only you will know, not related to your password in anyway, unlikely to change over time, extremely difficult for others to guess.

Some examples of good questions are:
• What are the last five digits of my credit card?
• What is my mother's maiden name?
